Adaptive Teaching Programme

These twilight sessions target teachers at various stages in their career and are suitable across phases and settings

This interactive and practical programme will consist of 3 x 90 min online twilight sessions that will run from 3.45pm – 5.15pm.

Individuals can use this page to sign up for the whole programme or make individual session bookings to create their own bespoke programme of development.

Session 1 – Inclusive Classrooms – 8th December 2026

Exploring how teachers can lower the invisible barriers to learning by creating  predictable, sensory-safe, and psychologically secure environments

Session 2 – Adaptive Planning – 5th January 2027

Exploring how teachers can utilise knowledge of the curriculum and their pupils to mitigate known barriers and design activities that maximise inclusion and learning.

Session 3 – Responsive Adaptation – 9th March 2027

Exploring why assessment is the root of all adaptation and how teachers can flexibly adapt their instruction, grouping, scaffolding and use technology to meet emerging needs.
