These twilight sessions target teachers at various stages in their career and are suitable across phases and settings

This interactive and practical programme will consist of 3 x 90 min online twilight sessions that will run from 3.45pm – 5.15pm.

Session 1 – Culture & Environment – 17th November 2026

Exploring how proactive environmental design, predictable routines, and establishing psychological safety can create classrooms which manage themselves

Session 2 – Building Relationships – 19th January 2027

Exploring why developing relational capital, understanding trauma-informed responses, and leveraging positive reinforcement are the keys to strong relationships

Session 3 – Managing Conflict – 23rd March 2027

Exploring how teachers can use the Conflict Cycle, Crisis Development Models and Restorative recovery to de-escalate tension and protect and repair relationships
