Join our FREE NPQLTD Alumni group and continue to learn, share and work collaboratively.

We are learnt that teacher development is most effective when it,

• Is sustained over time
• Includes collaboration in a group
• Has a shared sense of purpose
• Builds teachers’ subject knowledge
• Involves outside expertise
• Provides opportunities for practice

Our aim is to work together to make teacher development as effective as possible within our individual settings so it can have the most impact on children’s outcomes.

This group will meet 7 times a year with the launch meeting on Thursday 5th June between 3:45 and 4:45pm.
