This programme is designed for those in primary, secondary, specialist or alternative provision who are new, or aspiring leaders.

Aims

• The online programme takes place online over six twilight sessions across the year.
• It examines the foundations of effective leadership and explores its strategic, operational and interpersonal elements.
• Participants will learn about how to manage themselves, manage change, make effective decisions, build successful teams and develop others as they step up to leadership roles for the first time.

The programme will consist of 6 x 90 minute online twilight sessions which will run from 3.45pm – 5.15pm
